Hello. I am a creative direction and design professional with over 15 years of diverse experience working with clients including The Home Shopping Network, Crayola, Stanford University, and The Indiana Pacers.
I am the daughter of a coal miner and a third grade teacher. Raised in Appalachia in the ‘90s, the lounge-esque design of the Pizza Hut of my youth and the vibrant, trippy colors of Lisa Frank school supplies are as much a part of my childhood as my mother’s voice reading me to sleep. I, as a creative, have the power to impact lives and memories. My work can elicit those warm and fuzzy feelings for others. That’s magic.
I believe the greatest tool a creative can have is their connection to others and to themselves. My happy place is a brainstorm in a full room. Setting aside ego and throwing things out there until something sticks. Creating something out of thin air. I believe diversity in these groups is essential, our memories and connections make us unique. I believe my voice is unique.
